I’m a huge Disney buff and have practically made Disney Springs my second home. Trust me, I’ve sipped ☕, savored 🍽️, and snacked 🍩 my way through this place more times than I can count! So, whether you’re craving a quick coffee ☕ to wake you up or a leisurely breakfast or brunch 🍳 where you can sit back and soak up the atmosphere, I’ve got all the insider tips for you. 🗺️

Here are my top 17 spots at Disney Springs for that perfect morning meal (in no particular order, because let’s face it, they’re all fantastic! 😍). Let’s eat our way through Disney Springs and start our day with some serious yum! 🍴🎉

If you are looking for something quick and fast to fuel your day before you start exploring and shopping at Disney Springs, the following are great choices.

Besides Raglan Road Irish Pub and Restaurant, these are also the only choices you have for a weekday early meal at Disney Springs.

There are a lot of great choices here, so you might have to come back every day while you’re at Disney World to try each one! (That’s not possible I guess because you’ll be at the Disney Parks, but still!!) 😆

1. Everglazed Donuts & Cold Brew

Everglazed Donuts & Cold Brew is a delicious donut eatery where you’ll find HUGE, fresh, made-from-scratch donuts daily! 🍩

They have your classic donuts, but they also have some unique, funky flavors such as Fruity Pebbles, Cookies & Cream, Purple Glazed Ube, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, and S’mores Galore.

Don’t let the name fool you! Vivioli il Gelato serves more than just gelato at Disney Springs!

Some bakery items you’ll find here are croissants, raspberry tarts, Mini Bomboloni (Italian doughnut) -cream or Nutella, and Bomboloni (Italian doughnut) -plain or pistachio glaze.

Their Cinnamon Roll Bombolato is a must-eat! It’s a warm Italian doughnut filled with cinnamon gelato and topped with vanilla glaze and cinnamon. 😋

(Although, one of these restaurants, Raglan Road Irish Pub and Restaurant, does include a weekday breakfast.)

Make sure to book an Advanced Dining Reservation for the following or expect a long wait or even worse, not be able to get in!

8. Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’

Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’ is your spot for a good ole Southern brunch at Disney Springs. Here you’ll indulge in comfort food from the recipes of celebrity chef, Chef Art.

Some of their delicious starters include Cheddar Biscuits served with blackberry fig jam or sawmill gravy and House-Made Doughnuts either covered in pecans, bacon, and caramel syrup or dusted with sugar and served with spiced cane syrup.

Favorite entrees at Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’ include Fried Chicken and Doughnuts, Short Rib Hash, Fried Egg Avocado Toast, and French Toast.

Raglan Road Irish Pub and Restaurant is the only sit-down table service at Disney Springs that offers breakfast during the weekday.

During the weekday, you’ll find the “Full Irish”, which is an Irish breakfast with Cheshire heritage pork Irish banger, black and white pudding, bacon, roasted tomato, mushrooms, and fried eggs with roasties. They also serve Bacon and Eggs and French Toast.

During the weekend on the Brunch Menu, more delicious dishes are included such as the sweet Irish dish, “It’s OK to Droll.” This is their famous bread & butter pudding, French toast style with vanilla mascarpone, mixed berries, macadamia nut crunch, and maple glazed bacon.

They also have many other breakfast entrees to choose from plus some more “lunch” items.

You have to order off the Brunch Menu just to order from one of the awesome, fun menu names such as Jon Bun Jovi (jumbo cinnamon with orange cream cheese icing), Donut Stop Believin’ (powdered sugar doughnuts with chocolate hazelnut sauce and mixed berry jam), Sweet Child O’ Mine (french toast), Easy Like Sunday Morning (breakfast flatbread with meats, eggs, and cheeses), and Chimi Hendrix (breakfast chimichanga).

Is Disney Springs busy in the morning?… No, not at all! Mornings are the best time to go to Disney Springs if you’re looking to avoid crowds. Most people who come to Disney Springs will arrive for lunch or later in the afternoon for shopping and dinner.

Can you eat at Disney Springs without a reservation?… I have found that for the most part, Disney Springs restaurants do not require a reservation.

That being said, Advanced Dining Reservations are always the best way to go! Advanced Dining Reservations allow you not to spend your valuable time waiting. It’s also great peace of mind to know that you will have a spot!

So for the most relaxing brunch experience, make sure to book an Advanced Dining Reservation. As with all other restaurants at Disney World, brunch at Disney Springs can be booked 60 days ahead.

What time can you park at Disney Springs?.. The surface lots and parking garages begin to open around 7:00 A.M. This is plenty of time before anything is even open at Disney Springs.
